Mr. Jae-Eun Kim, CEO of QNT, has been leading the development of industrial robots and automation systems since 1993, beginning his career at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Engine & Machinery Division. His expertise spans 6-axis articulated robots, Cartesian robots, gantry robots, robotic hands, multi-axis carriages, and handling & welding automation systems.

He has spearheaded the development of intelligent welding integrated management systems for Hyundai Motor Company and more than 20 automotive parts suppliers, as well as AI-based robot monitoring systems for major global robot manufacturers including Universal Robots, Yaskawa Electric, Kawasaki Robotics, and Hyundai Robotics. 

His work also includes the implementation of robot and equipment efficiency optimization management systems for Osstem Implant, and most recently, the establishment of a predictive maintenance system for robot automation processes at Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Georgia, USA.

Gukhwa Lim has grown alongside QNT for 13 years, demonstrating outstanding performance in supporting technology development and project management, enhancing organizational productivity, improving internal processes, and managing personnel.

With exceptional leadership, strong execution capabilities, a deep understanding of operational processes, crisis management skills, and excellent communication abilities, she is a top-tier organizational management expert who has significantly contributed to the company’s growth.

Sung soo Kim is an accomplished executive with over 17 years of experience in the tourism technology industry and 13 years in the IT convergence industry. He has built a distinguished career leading large-scale digital transformation projects, developing smart city & smart factory solutions,   AI-based e-commerce platforms for small business owners , and driving global business expansion for industrial software solutions across Asia and North America.

In particular, the O2O commerce development project for Tongyeong City under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in which he participated as a Development Project Manager in 2022, was highly recognized for its innovation and received strong positive feedback from real customers. It was successfully completed, and as a result, Tongyeong City was awarded the Prime Minister’s Award that year. 

He currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Global Business Division at QNT Co., Ltd. and is also the leader of OGP Inc which is a solution provider for Korea TaeKwonDo Association.

Previously, he worked as Technical Advisor at VibeAI and held multiple senior leadership roles at HanaTour Group, Korea’s largest travel company.
